Guardian Builders is dedicated to "protecting, preserving and looking after" your best interest … before, during and long after the construction process. 

Guardian Builders LLC is a custom home construction company founded in Madison Alabama. The company was established with the goal of providing high quality, state-of-the-art, executive style housing in the northern region of Alabama.

 The Client is the most valuable member on our team. 

The company was founded on the belief that client service and professional construction excellence, combined with a commitment to teamwork with our clients, is the key to customer satisfaction. We directly involve our clients in the entire construction process to ensure that they obtain the highest level of expectations. 

The builder is an active participant in the building process. 

Our primary mission is to construct superb-quality homes, enhance community value, and provide superior customer satisfaction. Unlike our competitors who are primarily concerned with completing the construction activities as quickly as possible, accelerating the selling activity and generating profits, our primary objective is to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. We accomplish this by being personally involved in a large portion of the value chain activities. In fact, we actual perform some of the work activities ourselves. We do NOT run a home building "assembly line" like many of our competitors who "slap up" multiple houses ... focusing on profits ... rather than quality and customer satisfaction. Rather, we build homes ... "one-at-a-time" in order to maintain direct hands-on involvement.

We have found our small size to be one of our biggest assets in achieving these objectives. We offer the depth of experience and range of services associated with larger firms. And yet, we're agile enough to maintain the flexibility required to get your job done right … on time and on budget. We provide customers services far beyond that of our competitors. For example, during the construction process, our customers receive a detailed financial report bi-weekly that compares the original cost estimate with actual expenditures and provides an up-to-date cost estimate at completion (EAC) that allows the builder and customer to effectively manage the construction process and ensure that cost objectives are met.

We are dedicated to providing Smart Homes that feature advanced state-of-the-art electronic components and controls and other features that are designed for efficient and cost effective home management. Our focus is on details and unsurpassed quality. We demand perfection in every step of the construction process. We carefully monitor each step in the construction process, including the cleanliness of the site, to ensure the highest possible quality. We accomplish this objective by being involved in each step of the construction process and performing some of the actual construction activities ourselves. We have developed strategic alliances with well-established, high quality subcontractors that share our values and philosophy.
